Set up professional email

Professional email gives your team addresses on your own domain, like info@yourcompany.com, with webmail access. Setup takes a few minutes, plus however long your DNS takes to update.

Before you start

• You have enough credit for a year of the plan, plus the domain if you are registering a new one.
• You either own a domain or are ready to register one.

1. Choose a plan

Open Webmail → Add domain. Plans are billed yearly from your credit. Each plan sets how many mailboxes you can create and how much storage they share. Current plans and prices are on the email pricing page.

2. Choose the domain

• Use existing domain: enter a domain you already own, for example mywebsite.com.
• Register new domain: search for a name and choose Use this domain on an available result. Its yearly price is added to the order.

3. Review and confirm

Choose Review order to see the order summary, then Confirm setup. Kubana shows the total and deducts it from your credit when you confirm.

Your domain appears in the Webmail list with the status Setup in progress, then Configure DNS.

4. Add the DNS records

Kubana gives you the exact DNS records your domain needs. Add them, verify, then activate the domain. See Connect your domain's DNS.

5. Create mailboxes

Once the domain is Active, create mailboxes for your team.
