Create and manage mailboxes

Once your email domain is Active, open it from Webmail → Manage to create and manage mailboxes. The page shows how many accounts you have and how much of the plan's storage is used.

Create a mailbox

1. Choose Create email account.
2. Email address: type the part before the @, like info, admin or support. Use letters, numbers and . _ + - only.
3. Password: at least 8 characters. Choose Generate for a strong random password.
4. Storage quota (MB): optional. Leave it empty for the default, or set at least 1 MB. A mailbox can't exceed the plan's storage, which all mailboxes share.
5. Create the account.

Open webmail

Choose Open webmail on the domain page, or go to https://webmail.yourdomain.com. Sign in with the full email address and its password.

Reset a password or change storage

Choose Configure account on a mailbox. Then:

• Password: type a new one (at least 8 characters) or Generate one. Leave it blank to keep the current password.
• Mailbox quota (MB): set a new size, at least 1 MB. The hint shows how much of the plan's storage isn't allocated to other mailboxes.

Change at least one of the two, then save.

Delete a mailbox

Choose Delete account and type the full address to confirm.

From your AI assistant

With the Webmail MCP server connected, your assistant can list mailboxes, create one, change a quota, reset a password or delete a mailbox. Resetting and deleting need an approval code. Passwords it generates are shown once, in the assistant, so store them somewhere safe. Your assistant can't read or send email.
