Share a domain
Give teammates view, manage or give-access permission on one domain or all of them.
Give teammates access to your domains without sharing your account. Each person signs in with their own Kubana account.
Permission levels
| Permission | They can |

| Can view/list | See the domain without changing anything |
| Can manage | View and change its settings: renewals, privacy, nameservers |
| Can give access | Grant access to other people, and manage the domain |
Share one domain
- Open My domains → Manage on the domain, then the Sharing tab.
- Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas or spaces.
- Pick a permission and confirm.
They see the domain in My domains → Shared.
Share all your domains
Open My domains → Sharing settings to grant access to every domain in your account at once, with the same permission levels.
Change or remove access
The Users with access list shows each person, their permission and status. Use Edit to change the permission or Revoke to remove access. Revoked users can no longer open the domain.
Who pays for renewals?
Renewals are always charged to the domain owner's credit, even when a teammate starts them.
